Gilles Pudlowski likes to eat a lot. And we like to read it a lot. The food critic has been sharing his culinary discoveries on his blog for quite some time now and we’ve been enjoying the Parisian addresses he recommends. This year, it innovates with the Pudlo des bistros trophy, which highlights the best bistros in the capital.
Among the various awards, Paris 16 won the bistro of the year award. Open since the 80s rue des Belles Feuilles (16th), it offers all the tradition of bistro cuisine signed by the brothers Stéphane and Jérôme Dumant. On the slate, eggs mayo, snails in butter, steak tartare, veal chop with morels… As for the other awards, Kelly Jolivet won the title of chef of the year.
