Picky Joenew Lez Market rooftop which extends over two floors, has opened its first floor! There we find a restaurant which offers a trip across the Atlantic, between beef brisket from Texas or pork ribs from Tennessee. All led by Frédéric (nicknamed Joe) and his teams, who have a passion for cooking, grilling, smoking, flambéing, roasting and smoking most of the ingredients that make up their cuisine. It is moreover around a big smoker that it is now possible to rediscover its fine and generous cuisine, with the greatest respect for the old school barbecue.
A meeting between events and culinary skills
This project is the result of a meeting between the culinary skills of the Couperet restaurant (of which Fred, known as “Jojo”, is the chef), and the event know-how of the Good Company team. The concept is also carried out by the latter, specialized in the field of CHR (cafés, hotels and restaurants) and piloted by the entrepreneur Julien Manival. After more than a year of conceptualization and work, the place has therefore teamed up with “Fred”, whose many trips to the United States have made him become a renowned Pitmaster.
> The restaurant on the first floor will be open all year round from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. The second floor will open its doors by the end of the month.
